To purchase from Alluvi Healthcare UK you must:

3. Research Use Disclaimer

Important: All products sold by Alluvi Healthcare UK are sold for research and physician-supervised use only. These products have not been evaluated or approved by the MHRA, FDA or any other regulatory authority for human clinical use unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Alluvi Healthcare UK. We reserve the right to decline any order. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and your order is dispatched.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and are correct at time of publication, subject to change without notice.

4.3 Payment — Bank Transfer Only

Alluvi Healthcare UK accepts UK bank transfer (BACS) only. Your order reference and bank details are displayed at checkout and emailed to you.

Important: Always include your unique order reference in the payment reference field. Payments without a reference may be delayed. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel before payment is made or before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp (+44 7394 241184) or email. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — see Returns Policy below.

5. Delivery

UK orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation from our Manchester M2 4WU fulfilment centre in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging. International shipping is available worldwide — customers are responsible for import compliance and any duties. See the full Shipping Policy in Section 03 below.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable, temperature-sensitive nature of pharmaceutical-grade peptide products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Refunds or replacements are available for damaged, incorrect, missing or lost orders reported within the specified timeframes. See full Returns Policy in Section 04 below.

7. Product Quality & COA

All Alluvi Healthcare products are independently third-party tested to ≥98% purity by Janoshik Analytical with a Certificate of Analysis on every batch. To request your batch COA, email support@ukpeptidesstore.co.uk with your order number and batch number.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alluvi Healthcare UK shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages arising from use or inability to use our products, or adverse health effects from use contrary to physician instructions. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order. Nothing herein excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under your local laws.

1. Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation from our Manchester M2 4WU fulfilment centre. Orders are not dispatched until bank transfer payment is received and confirmed.

Processing cut-off: Orders paid before 2:00pm GMT Monday–Friday are typically processed same or next business day. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.

You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number when your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

4. Tracking, Storage & Delivery Issues

All orders are fully tracked — your tracking number is emailed when dispatched. If tracking shows no update for 5+ business days (UK) or 10+ business days (international), contact us immediately.

All Alluvi Healthcare peptide products are temperature-sensitive. Upon receipt, refrigerate injection pens at 2–8°C (do not freeze). Full storage instructions are included with every order.

Missing Items

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We dispatch missing items at no cost or issue a partial refund.

Lost in Transit

UK: raise within 14 days of dispatch. International: raise within 30 days. Confirmed lost orders receive a replacement or full refund.

Cancelled Before Dispatch

Contact us via WhatsApp (+44 7394 241184) or email immediately with your order number. Full refund within 5 business days.
